Today if I need to notify people whose accounts have not been accessed in more than 30 days I either have to send them individually or blanket the entire guild with a news letter.

I'd like to see if you could add some options to the news letter creation like you have for private posts that will allow us to select specific individuals to receive the new letter and not everyone of a specific rank or higher.
